\nP\u00earaManca is a blend of Ant\u00e3o Vaz and Arinto , planted intheEug\u00e9nio de Almeida Foundation vineyards. When the grapesreach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked, destalked and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainlesssteel vats and in french oak barrels, at controlled temperature of16\u00baC.
